Then said the high priest, Are these things so? (KJV)
And the high priest said, Tell me if, then, you thus hold these things? (IB)

Retranslation: The high priest, holding power and rule over all the Jews, commanded Stephen to answer the fraudulent charges:
“Jesus, the Christian, this one, will destroy this place,” and
“Jesus, the Christian, shall change the customs which Moses delivered to us.”
Tell me, Stephen, do you draw these conclusions? Do you hold these things true? Do you follow in this way?
