Acts 7 verse 31

When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight: and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of the Lord came unto him.   (KJV)

And Moses marveled at the sight. And he coming up to look, a voice of the Lord came to him:       (IB)

Retranslation:  And Moses marveled at the spectacle of this blazing instantaneous knowing, and as soon as he took notice of the spectacle, giving it his full and respectful attention, a voice of supreme authority addressed him.

saw 1492 eido, a primary verb; used on in certain past tenses, the others being borrowed from the equivalent 3700 and 3708; properly to see (literally or figuratively); by implication (in the perfect only) to know:------be aware, behold, can (+ not tell), consider, know, have knowledge, look (on), perceive, see, be sure, tell, understand, wish, wot. sight 3705 horama, from 3708; something gazed at, i.e. a spectacle (especially supernatural):----sight, vision.

coming up 4334 proserchomai, from 4314 and 2064 (including its alternate); to approach, i.e. (literally) come near, visit, or (figuratively) worship, assent to:-----(as soon as he) come (unto), come thereunto, consent, draw near, go (near, to, unto).

to look 2657 katanoeo, from 2596 and 3539; to observe fully:-----behold, consider, discover, perceive.

3539 noeo, from 3563; to exercise the mind (observe), i.e. (figuratively) to comprehend, heed:----consider, perceive, think, understand.

observe (1828 Dict. def.): [L. ob, to + servo, to keep or hold. The sense is to hold in view, or to keep the eyes on.]
2. To take notice or cognizance of by the intellect. We observe nice distinctions in arguments, or a peculiar delicacy of thought.

notice n. (ibid.): 
1. Observation by the mind or intellectual power; as, to take notice of a distinction between truth and veracity.
2. Information; intelligence by whatever means communicated; knowledge given or received; as, I received notice by a messenger or letter. He gave notice of his arrival. The bell gives notice of the hour of the day. The merchant gives notice that a bill of exchange is no accepted.
3. Attention, respectful treatment.

noticing (ibid.): Observing; seeing; regarding; remarking on; treating with attention.

voice 5456 phone, probably akin to 5316 through the idea of disclosure; a tone (articulate, bestial or artificial); by implication an address (for any purpose), saying or language:----noise, sound, voice.

Lord 2962 kyrios, from kyros (supremacy); supreme in authority, i.e. (as noun) controller; by implication Mister (as a respectful title):----God, Lord, master, Sir.
