NOTE on 435 vs. 444
           As noted above in the Retranslation, I am translating 435 as "mortal man, without divine sight."  Anthropos I will be translating as "enlightened man" or "the man who sees God" or "the man who stands in the Presence" face-to-face as Jacob.

Oil. Consecration; charity; gentleness; prayer; heavenly inspiration. 592:25.
Consecrate (1828 dict. def.) [Latin consecro; con and sacro, to consecrate, from sacre, sacred. See Sacred.]
1. To make or declare to be sacred, by certain ceremonies or rites;
to appropriate to sacred uses;
to set apart, dedicate, or devote, to the service and worship of God; as, to                           consecrate a church.
      “Thou shalt consecrate Aaron and his sons.” Ex. xxix.
5530 chraomai, middle of a primary verb (perhaps rather from 5495, to handle); to furnish what is needed; (give an oracle, “graze” [touch lightly], light upon, etc.), i.e. (by implication) to employ or (by extension) to act towards one in a given manner:----entreat, use. Compare 5531, 5534.
5531 chrao, probably the same as the base of 5530, to loan:----lend.
“Friend, lend me three loaves.”  Luke 11:5

5534 chre, third person singular of the same as 5530 or 5531 used impersonally;
it needs (must or should) be:----ought.  It needs to BE!  I need to be I AM!   I need to be Love!  I need to be Life! I need to be Principle, Source, Fount!

THOUGHTS:  I, MIND, GOD, MUST BE FELT AND SEEN!!!  I “Ought” TO BE. I “MUST” BE. This is the root of the vine!!!!!!  Root = origin; vine = thread; flower = end result.  When we experience what God feels and sees, we are witnessing the truth-----things as they really “is” (to be as the I AM “is,” to feel as the I AM “feels”, to love as the I AM loves, to see as the I AM sees, to be whole as the I AM “is”).

Nazarean 3480 Nazoraios from 3478; a Nazoraean, i.e. inhabitant of Nazareth; by extension a Christian:----Nazareth, of Nazareth.
3478 Nazareth or Nazaret, of uncertain derivation; a place in Palestine:--- Nazareth.

rise up 1453 egeiro, probably akin to the base of 58 (through the idea of collecting one’s faculties); to waken (transitively or intransitively), i.e. rouse (literally from sleep, from sitting or lying, from disease, from death; or figuratively from obscurity, inactivity, ruins, nonexistence):------awake, stand, lift (up), raise (again, up), rear up, arise, rise (again, up), take up.
58 agora from ageiro (to gather; probably akin to 1453); properly the town-square (as a place of public resort); by implication a market or thoroughfare:-----market, marketplace, street.

THOUGHTS: In the story of the 10 virgins, those without oil (without the spiritual sense of the sacred oneness) are directed to go to the market and buy. Could this be an exhortation to “collect” one’s faculties?  What is the “market”?  Wouldn’t that “source” have to be infinite Mind, God?  Faculties are senses. Spiritual sense, or the “sense” of God, must be collected from the market.  Surely we cannot “collect” little pieces of God. God is One,-----Indivisible.  Perhaps we “buy” the spiritual-sense-of-the-Infinite-as-All-that-is-real with a trade-in, i.e. accepting the spiritual-sense-of-the-Infinite-as-All only when we sell our material-sense-of-matter-as-All.

Collect (Origins Dict.): L. legere, to gather (esp. fruit), hence to collect, to assemble, hence to choose.
legere oculis, to assemble (the alphabet) with the eyes (i.e, to read).
scriptum legere, to gather or collect as being written
colligere (col- for con-, with), to gather together, to collect.

THOUGHTS: Christian Science (the knowing of the divine manifestation of God) = a system = an assemblage of things adjusted into a regular whole.

Remember, Man is effect; therefore, the image is assembled, it does not assemble. God, Mind, is the Assembler, the Collector.
To assemble means to call together. Literally “assemble” means to make into one.
Church, ekklesia in Greek, means to call out from (ek or ex, out, and lesia, to call).  So church is the effect of God’s calling or collecting Her thoughts.
What is God, the All, collecting but ideas of Itself.  There is “none else.” Therefore, might our “faculties” be the sense of existence that Mind senses about Itself?  Are our faculties the sense that Love experiences for Itself as the Creator of Its own, precious Self? Are our faculties the reflection of the sense that Principle embodies as it realizes Itself as the living fount of all that can be known?
The sense of Its authority, control and supremacy; the sense of gratitude and love for Itself as infinite, unopposed good. The unspeakable sense of joy that is married to Its tender, creative, omnipotent power?
Am I “buying” into these senses?  The cost is great.  I must sell my sense of love for my”self” and “my” world view----my mortal mind and mortal world, and accept a timeless, spaceless, all-good, divine consciousness.

peripateo! Walk with God! Deport yourself as God’s companion! Follow your Creator as a devotee----as an idea following the mind devoted to it!

walk 4043 peripateo, from 4012 and 3961; to tread all around, i.e. walk at large (especially as proof of one’s ability); figuratively to live, deport oneself, follow (as companion or votary):-----go, walk (about), be occupied with.

votary (1828 Dict. Def.): One devoted, consecrated or engaged by a vow or promise.

4012 peri, from the base of 4008; properly through (all over), i.e. around; figuratively with respect to; . . . In compounds it retains substantially the same meaning of circuit (around), excess (beyond), or completeness (through):------estate, as concerning, as touching, on behalf of, and his company, which concern, pertaining to, for sake, whereof, whereby (in), about, thereabout, above, against, at, for, of, with.
4008 peran, apparently accusative of an obsolete derivative of peiro (to “pierce”); through (as adverb or prep), i.e. across:------beyond, farther side, other side, over.
3961 pateo, from a derivative probably of 3817 (meaning a “path”); to trample (lit. or fig.):-----tread down, tread under foot.
3817 paio, a primary verb; to hit (as if by a single blow and less violently than 5180); specifically to sting (as a scorpion):------smite, strike.

THOUGHTS: “Smite” and “strike” are mental concepts. An idea “hits” you. We “smack” our heads when we are trying to remember something. A single blow, not really violent, but like an awaking.  Suddenly, I am “awake” to this new thing, this new way of looking at something.   So this new idea “hits” me to wake me up to something that was already there.  I just didn’t see it.

Acts 3:7
And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.    (KJV)

And taking him by the right hand, he raised (him up).  And immediately his feet and ankle-bones were made firm.    (IB)
-------------------------------------------
Retranslation: And [the messenger of light] pressed the meaning into his grasp, and the man awakened and regained his original sense of God’s joy and love: and, acting without the medium of another cause and without the interruption of time, the man’s foundation and superstructure solidified as the sense-testimony-of-God was confirmed, immediately, without delay.
----------------------------
Taking 4084 piazo, probably another form of 971; to squeeze, i.e. seize (gently by the hand) [press], or officially [arrest], or in hunting [capture]):----- apprehend, catch, lay hand on, take. Compare 4085.
4085 piezo, another form of 4084; to pack:----press down!
Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give unto your bosom.
Luke 16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.

by the right 1188 dexios from 1209; the right side or (feminine) hand (as that which usually takes):----right hand, right side.

hand 5495 cheir, perhaps from the base of 5494 in the sens of its congener the base of 5490 (through the idea of hollowness for grasping; the hand (lit. or fig. [power]; expecially [by Hebrew] a means or instrument):-----hand.

he raised him up 1453 egeiro, probably akin to the base of 58 (through the idea of collecting one’s faculties); to awaken . . .

immediately 3916 parachrema, from 3844 and 5536 (in its original sense); at the thing itself, i.e. instantly:------forthwith, presently, straightway, soon, immediately.
Immediate (1828 Dict. Def.):[L. in + medius, middle] Proximate; acting without a medium, or without the interruption of another cause or means; producing the effect by its own direct agency. An immediate cause is that which is exerted directly in producing its effect, in opposition to a mediate cause, or one more remote.
  1. Not acting by second causes; as the immediate will of God.
  2. Instant; present; without the intervention of time; without delay.

feet 939 basis from baino (to walk); a pace (“base”), i.e. (by implication) the foot:---foot.

ankle-bones 4974 sphyron, neuter of a presumed derivative probably the same as sphaira (a ball, “sphere”; compare the feminine sphyra, a hammer); the ankle (as globular):-----ankle bone.

made firm 4732 steroo, from 4731; to solidify, i.e. confirm (lit. or fig.):----establish, make strong, receive strength.
